Shoji
To bring beautiful light in a room, I made two Shoji screens for the windows. Both screens contain the Asanoha pattern, a traditional Japanese motif that represents a hemp leaf.
I learned Shoji-making from Toshio Odate, an artist, teacher and furnituremaker who received a traditional education for Shoji-making in Japan.
